Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date it is signed, by and between Arise and Go LLC a Texas business located in Lago Vista.

1. Scope of Services

Contractor agrees to provide the following services for The Arise Gym:
– Coaching Assistance
– Event Support
– Cleaning and Setup
– Other duties as assigned

2. Independent Contractor Status

The Contractor shall perform all work as an independent contractor and not as an employee of The Arise Gym. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to establish an employer-employee relationship.

3. Payment

The Arise Gym shall pay the Contractor a set rate, to be paid every other week via direct deposit upon submission of your direct deposit information and W9. No taxes will be withheld; Contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall begin on the date listed above and remain in effect until terminated by either party with 7 days’ written notice.

5. Liability

Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Arise Gym from any claims or damages arising out of the Contractor’s services or behavior on the premises.

6. Confidentiality

Contractor agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information obtained during the course of their service.

7. Minor-Specific Clause

If the Contractor is a minor, under the age of 18, this Agreement must be reviewed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian agrees to assume responsibility for ensuring the Contractor’s compliance with this Agreement.
