Kalahari – Bravo Spirit & Splash Championship

Admissions- (if not purchasing a room) spectator tickets are $20 and cash is only accepted at the convention center, kids 5 and under are FREE. Athlete tickets do not get them into the waterpark, that will be separate from the event.

Hotel- The Kalahari resort has already prompted the promo code in the prices of the rooms. Below I will attach the link for the hotel rooms available. It is a 2 night minimum stay.

HAIR:

We prefer all athletes have hair pieces. Put athlete’s hair in high bun, place hair piece around bun, secure comb underneath the bun and cinch the string tight. If your athlete does not have a hair piece,  please use the following guideline: Athlete’s hair needs to be in a curled high ponytail with hair slicked back with hairspray or mousse so there are no wispies. Ponytail should be high and on top of the head with bow tightly secured. For extra volume, be sure to tease the top of the pony a little. There are to be no flyaways and no bangs down. You are allowed to use bobby pins.

MAKEUP:

Athletes are to have a clean makeup look with subtle blush and waterproof mascara. If you do not have the lipstick that we have shared with the team, don’t worry! Coach Megan will be bringing the lipstick (and Q-tips for application) and some face glitter to apply to the girls before warmups. No colored eyeshadow please

UNIFORM:

All athletes are to arrive in their uniform with hair and makeup done. Uniform consists of skirt, top, and black socks. Please clean your athlete’s shoes so they are free of grass stains, dirt, etc. If your athlete does not need the built in bra in the uniform top, please remove the padding. No other bras are permitted under the uniform. No jewelry allowed.

It is MANDATORY to have your athlete there inside the building at our designated spot, 2 HOURS before their team heads into warm ups, This is to ensure every athlete is properly dressed (Makeup, Hair & Uniform). Like the past two competitions we will be sending out the schedule when we receive it, the Wednesday before the competition.
